For more than three decades, DJ Aladdin has been a respected figure within the underground house music community, building a career that spans DJing, music production, artist development, event promotion, and independent record label management.

Originally emerging from the San Francisco Bay Area’s vibrant electronic music scene during the 1990s, Aladdin developed a reputation for his deep musical knowledge, technical versatility, and ability to connect with audiences through carefully curated sets that blend House, Deep House, Disco, Soulful House, Afro House, Funk, and timeless dance music classics.

His journey eventually led him to Miami, where he became an influential contributor to South Florida’s nightlife culture. His featured appearances include local dance parties such as Aquabooty and residencies at famed poolside venues such as the Delano Hotel and Rumi Lounge, and Most notably, he served as Resident DJ and Music Director at Segafredo Miami Beach for nearly two decades, helping shape the musical identity of one of the city’s most recognizable nightlife destinations while performing for an international audience of music lovers, tastemakers, and industry professionals.

Beyond the DJ booth, Aladdin has established himself as a producer and label owner with releases appearing on respected independent labels across the House and Electronic music spectrum. His production work reflects a deep appreciation for groove-driven rhythms, soulful musicality, and the underground roots of dance music culture.

As the founder of Emerge Recordings, Aladdin has dedicated himself to supporting both established and emerging artists while helping bring quality underground electronic music to a global audience. Through the label’s releases, collaborations, and artist partnerships, Emerge Recordings has become an extension of his ongoing commitment to authentic dance music and creative expression.

Throughout his career, Aladdin’s music has earned support from DJs, radio shows, and dance music enthusiasts worldwide. His catalog includes original productions, remixes, collaborations, and label releases that continue to reach audiences across digital platforms and international markets.

Whether performing at intimate lounges, beach clubs, festivals, private events, or respected nightlife venues, Aladdin brings decades of experience and a genuine passion for music to every performance. His philosophy remains unchanged from the beginning of his career: great music transcends trends, creates connection, and leaves a lasting impression.

His most recent collaboration with fellow colleague Paolo Albertoni, as a throwback disco and classics DJ Duo “The Discographiques” is backed by Blackwell Rum as an exclusive sponsor, is making a mark in the dance music circuit with its self-found brand “Discos Revenge” Miami. This event host’s a barrage of eclectic classic dance music such as Disco, Nu Disco, Funk, classic Soul, and 90’s House Classics and other retro grooves.

Today, DJ Aladdin continues to perform, produce, curate events, and develop new music while remaining dedicated to the culture that inspired him to begin his journey behind the turntables more than thirty years ago.
